Product Specific Information

  • For immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Collagen IV는 COL4A1, COL4A2, COL4A3 유전자에 의해 암호화된 세 개의 알파 사슬로 구성됩니다. 이러한 유전자 변이는 Alport 증후군 및 Goodpasture 증후군과 같은 유전 질환을 유발할 수 있으며, 이는 주로 신장과 폐에 영향을 미칩니다.
