This antibody detects endogenous levels of total ADCK3.
Target Information
ADCK3 serine/threonine kinase is a mitochondrial protein similar to yeast ABC1 and a member of the ADCK family.
CABC1 encodes a mitochondrial protein involved in an electron-transferring membrane protein complex in the respiratory chain.
It is not related to ABC transporter proteins. Expression is induced by tumor suppressor p53 and DNA damage, and inhibition of expression partially suppresses p53-induced apoptosis.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been identified.
