Target Information
LDL-R(Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor) 유전자군은 특정 리간드의 수용체 매개성 엔도사이토시스에 관여하는 세포막 단백질을 포함합니다. LDL은 세포막에서 결합되어 리소좀으로 이동 후 단백질이 분해되고, 콜레스테롤이 HMG-CoA 환원효소 억제에 사용됩니다. LDL-R 유전자 변이는 가족성 고콜레스테롤혈증을 유발하며, SCARB1, CLDN1, CD81과 함께 Hepatitis C virus의 세포 진입 인자로 보고되었습니다. 최소 3개의 LDL-R 아이소폼이 존재합니다.
