Product Specific Information
- For Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Human follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is a glycoprotein produced from the urine of post-menopausal women, with a total molecular mass of approximately 35,500 Da.
HuFSH is a heterodimeric hormone consisting of a 165-amino-acid alpha chain (non-active) and a 115-amino-acid beta chain.
