Target Information
Cbl 단백질은 유비퀴틴 단백질 리가아제(E3) 계열로, 활성화된 티로신 키나아제를 분해 대상으로 하여 신호 전달을 음성 조절합니다.
Cbl-c는 Cbl 단백질 중 가장 최근에 클로닝된 멤버로, 상피세포에서만 발현되며 다른 Cbl 단백질과 달리 조직 특이성을 가집니다.
Cbl-c는 활성화된 EGFR을 유비퀴틴화하여 분해를 유도하며, SRC homology-2(SH2) 및 SH3 도메인을 가진 단백질과의 상호작용을 통해 하위 신호 전달을 조절합니다.
