Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The protein encoded by the RGS16 gene belongs to the regulator of G protein signaling family.
It inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of G protein alpha subunits and may play a role in regulating the kinetics of signaling in the phototransduction cascade.
