Target Information
FGD1 단백질은 Dbl (DH) 및 pleckstrin (PH) homology 도메인을 포함하며, Rho 계열 GTPase인 Cdc42Hs에 특이적으로 결합하여 GDP-GTP 교환을 촉진합니다. 또한 MAP kinase cascade를 활성화하여 c-Jun kinase SAPK/JNK1을 자극합니다. FGD1은 배아 발달에 필수적이며, 해당 유전자의 돌연변이는 Aarskog-Scott 증후군을 유발합니다.
