Target Information
CD38 (NAD+ glycohydrolase)는 성숙 림프구의 활성화, 증식 및 분화를 유도하고, 골수 및 림프 계통 전구세포의 세포사멸을 매개하는 type II 막관통 당단백질입니다.
CD38은 ADP-ribosyl cyclase, cyclic ADP-ribose hydrolase 및 NAD+ glycohydrolase 기능을 가지며, 세포 표면 수용체로 작용할 수 있습니다.
CD38 항체는 림프종 및 백혈병 아형 분석, 형질세포 검출(예: 골수종 식별), 활성화된 B 및 T 세포의 표지자로 유용합니다. 또한 세포 부착, 신호전달, 칼슘 신호 조절에 관여하며, 췌장, 간, 신장, 악성 림프종 및 신경모세포종에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
CD38 기능 이상은 만성 림프구성 백혈병 및 Richter 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
