For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

FOXP1 belongs to the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family, which regulates tissue- and cell type-specific gene transcription during development and adulthood.
FOXP1 protein contains both DNA-binding and protein-protein interaction domains.
This gene may act as a tumor suppressor, as it is often lost in several tumor types and maps to the 3p14.1 chromosomal region associated with tumor suppression.
Alternative splicing generates multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
