Target Information
TAS2R50는 TAS2R 수용체 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, 미각 수용체 세포 표면에 발현되어 쓴맛 인지에 관여합니다. 이 수용체는 G 단백질 연결 신호전달 경로를 통해 쓴맛을 매개하며, alpha gustducin을 활성화하고 PLC-beta-2를 매개하여 TRPM5 채널 개방을 유도할 수 있습니다. TAS2R50은 혀의 미각 수용체 세포 중 gustducin 양성 세포에서 특이적으로 발현되며, 개별 미각 세포는 제한된 수의 쓴맛 화합물에 반응할 수 있습니다.
