Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

Delta 1 Catenin is an efficient tyrosine kinase substrate implicated in cell transformation by SRC and in ligand-induced receptor signaling through EGF, PDGF, CSF-1, and ERBB2 receptors. The association of catenins to cadherins forms a complex linked to the actin filament network, essential for cadherin-mediated cell adhesion.
