Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

이 단백질들은 다양한 세포의 세포질 및/또는 핵에 존재하며, 세포 주기 진행 및 분화와 같은 여러 세포 과정의 조절에 관여합니다.
S100B는 신경 돌기 연장, 흑색종 세포의 증식, Ca²⁺ 유입 자극, PKC 매개 인산화 억제, 성상세포증 및 축삭 증식, 미세소관 조립 억제 등에 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
이 유전자의 염색체 재배열 및 발현 변화는 알츠하이머병, 다운 증후군, 간질, 근위축성 측삭경화증(ALS), 흑색종, 제1형 당뇨병 등 여러 질환과 관련되어 있습니다.
