CD49f (Integrin alpha-6, ITGA6)는 인테그린 알파 체인 단백질로, 세포 표면 수용체 기능을 수행합니다. 인테그린은 알파 및 베타 체인으로 구성되어 있으며, 다양한 파트너와 결합하여 여러 형태의 인테그린을 형성합니다. 예를 들어, 알파6은 베타4와 결합하여 TSP180을 형성하거나, 베타1과 결합하여 VLA-6을 형성합니다.
