Invitrogen™ SuperScript™ One-Cycle cDNA Kit for use with Thermo Scientific™ One-Cycle Assays
The SuperScript® One-Cycle cDNA Kit for use with Affymetrix® One-Cycle Assays conveniently contains all of the reagents required for double-stranded cDNA synthesis within the Affymetrix GeneChip® workflow.
This kit includes Invitrogen's proprietary RNase H–reduced activity SuperScript® II Reverse Transcriptase and a qualified oligo(dT)-containing primer, following the standard Affymetrix protocol.
Designed to consistently produce higher yields of full-length cDNA for Affymetrix One-Cycle assays using either total RNA or poly(A+) selected RNA (mRNA).
