Target Information
Complement factor D는 보체 활성화의 대체 경로에서 작용하는 세린 프로테아제입니다. 단일 사슬 폴리펩타이드로, 분자량은 약 25 kDa입니다. Factor D는 C3b에 결합된 factor B를 절단하여 대체 경로 C3 convertase(C3bBb)를 생성하고 Ba fragment를 방출합니다.
