Target Information
CD35 (CR1, Complement Receptor 1)는 세포막에 결합된 단량체 당단백질로, 보체 시스템의 주요 구성 요소인 C3b와 C4b에 대한 세포 수용체로 작용합니다.
이 단백질은 활성화된 보체에 결합된 입자 및 면역복합체의 세포 결합을 매개하며, 면역복합체 처리 및 식세포 작용을 촉진하고 보체 활성화를 억제합니다.
CD35는 다음 세포에서 발현됩니다:
- 호중구, 호산구, 단핵구, B세포, 일부 NK세포, 적혈구, 골수성 백혈병 세포, 여포성 수지상세포
- 호염기구에서는 음성
CD35 발현 감소 또는 유전자 변이는 담낭암, 메산지오모세포사구체신염, 전신성 홍반루푸스, 사르코이드증과 관련이 있습니다.
또한 Plasmodium falciparum의 로제팅 감소와 연관되어 중증 말라리아에 대한 보호 효과를 나타내는 변이도 보고되었습니다.
CD35 유전자는 다양한 대립유전자 특이적 스플라이스 변이를 통해 여러 동형 단백질을 생성하며, 추가적인 분비형 CD35도 보고된 바 있습니다.
