Detect cell migration and invasion in a homogeneous fluorescent assay system
Corning® FluoroBlok™ Cell Culture Inserts are designed with a unique light-tight PET membrane that efficiently blocks light transmission within the 400–700 nm range. Fluorescently labeled cells in the top chamber are invisible through the FluoroBlok™ membrane. Once these labeled cells migrate through the membrane, they are exposed to the light source and can be easily detected using a fluorescence plate reader.
