Thermo Scientific™ SureSTART™ Level 1 WebSeal™ 8 mm Diameter Round 96-Well Plate Sealing Mats are designed for everyday chromatography analysis.
They provide an affordable choice for use with most HPLC/UHPLC instruments and are ideal for non-regulated laboratories using water and polar solvents.
These sealing mats are specification certified to ensure autosampler-compatible physical dimensions and conform to ANSI-SLAS 4-2004 standards.
Performance Level 1 Mats – for Everyday Analysis
- Ideal for non-regulated labs using water and polar solvents
- GC tested
- Suitable for HPLC/UHPLC and biopharmaceutical applications
- Appropriate for QA/QC workflows using core detectors
- Effective for compound verification and quantification using UV, DAD/PDA, RI, fluorescence, and ELSD detection
- Prevent cross-contamination of samples
- Resist coring and tearing
- Superior resealability after multiple injections
- Manufactured from EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate) or pure silicone, with or without PTFE coating
- Silicone mats are dry heat autoclavable, chemically compatible, and withstand temperatures down to -80°C
Reduce the Risk of Mis-Injection – Choose the Right Mat
- Silicone Mats: Reduce sample and solvent evaporation, provide consistency, and are ideal for long-term storage.
- Pre-slit Mats: Minimize mis-injections, allow reuse for confirmatory runs, and support pipette and multichannel pipette use.
- Adhesive Seals: Effective for one-time sealing; three-layer resealing tape available without glue at cavity area for reuse.
