Target Information
CD38 (NAD+ glycohydrolase)은 type II transmembrane glycoprotein으로, 성숙 림프구의 활성화, 증식, 분화 및 골수계 세포의 apoptosis를 유도합니다.
CD38은 ADP-ribosyl cyclase, cyclic ADP-ribose hydrolase, NAD+ glycohydrolase 등의 다기능 효소로 작용하거나 세포 표면 수용체 역할을 수행합니다.
CD38 항체는 림프종 및 백혈병의 아형 분류, 형질세포 검출, 활성화된 B/T 세포 마커로 유용합니다.
또한 CD38은 췌장, 간, 신장, 악성 림프종, 신경모세포종 등에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
CD38 이상은 만성 림프구성 백혈병 및 Richter’s Syndrome과 관련이 있습니다.
