The Axiom Human Genotyping SARS-CoV-2 Research Array is a comprehensive whole-genome genotyping tool designed for epidemiological research of host genetics in relation to SARS-CoV-2 infectious disease.
This array includes over 820,000 markers prioritized for dense coverage of genes implicated in conditions influencing disease susceptibility, severity, and outcomes such as coronary artery disease, COPD, diabetes, and hypertension.
It also provides dense coverage of ACE2 and TMPRSS2 genes associated with viral entry, as well as relevant pharmacogenes.
