ANT1/2/3/4 (SLC25A4, SLC25A5, SLC25A6, SLC25A31)는 미토콘드리아 운반체 단백질 유전자군에 속하며, ADP를 미토콘드리아 매트릭스에서 세포질로 이동시키는 게이트형 포어로 작용합니다. 이 단백질은 미토콘드리아 투과성 전이공 복합체(PTPC)의 기능과 관련되어 있으며, 세포자멸사를 유도하는 미토콘드리아 생성물의 방출을 조절합니다. 인간 게놈에는 이 유전자의 비전사성 유사유전자(pseudogene)가 여러 개 존재합니다.
