Target Information
PU.1 (SPI-1)는 ETS 도메인을 가진 전사인자로, 골수 및 B-림프구 세포 발달 과정에서 유전자 발현을 활성화합니다. 이 단백질은 표적 유전자의 프로모터 근처에 존재하는 퓨린-풍부 서열(PU-box)에 결합하여 다른 전사인자 및 보조인자와 함께 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. 또한 표적 유전자의 대체 스플라이싱 조절에도 관여하며, 여러 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
