Target Information
CTDSP2는 여러 small CTD phosphatases(SCP) 중 하나로, 진화적으로 보존된 전사 조절 인자로서 신경 유전자 발현을 억제하는 역할을 하는 것으로 제안되었습니다. 또한 CTDSP2 mRNA의 발현은 CTDSP2 및 CDK4 유전자가 증폭된 여러 암 세포주에서 증가하며, 일부 원발성 육종에서 CDK4와 함께 공증폭됩니다. CTDSP2는 특정 육종의 발달에 기여할 수 있습니다.
