Target Information
GluR1 (glutamate receptor 1)는 이온성 글루타메이트 수용체로, L-glutamate가 중추 신경계의 여러 시냅스에서 흥분성 신경전달물질로 작용합니다. L-glutamate 결합 시 수용체의 형태 변화가 일어나 양이온 채널이 열리며 화학 신호가 전기 신호로 변환됩니다. 이후 수용체는 빠르게 탈감작되어 일시적인 비활성 상태로 들어갑니다. CACNG4, CACNG7, 또는 CACNG8의 존재 시 GluR1은 재감작(resensitization)을 보여 지속적인 glutamate 적용 시 전류 흐름이 지연되어 축적되는 특성을 나타냅니다.
