Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882) before use.
Target Information
The CDX2 gene encodes an epsilon subunit of the coatomer protein complex. This cytosolic complex binds to dilysine motifs and associates reversibly with Golgi non-clathrin-coated vesicles. It is essential for Golgi-to-ER retrograde transport of dilysine-tagged proteins. The coatomer complex includes alpha, beta, beta’, gamma, delta, epsilon, and zeta subunits. Alternative splicing results in multiple isoforms.
