Target Information
TRPT1 catalyzes the last step of tRNA splicing, transferring the splice junction 2'-phosphate from ligated tRNA to NAD to produce ADP-ribose 1''-2'' cyclic phosphate.
It has four isoforms with molecular weights of 22–24 and 27–29 kDa.
