Target Information
EHD2 유전자는 EH domain-containing 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, C-말단 EF-hand 도메인과 N-말단의 뉴클레오타이드 결합 부위를 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 actin 세포골격과 상호작용하며 EH domain-binding 단백질과 결합하여 clathrin 의존성 엔도사이토시스와 actin을 연결하는 역할을 합니다. 따라서 EHD2는 세포 내 엔도사이토시스 경로에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
