Target Information
CLEC5A는 TYROBP를 통해 신호를 전달하는 세포 표면 수용체로, 염증 반응 조절 및 골파괴 과정의 중요한 조절자 역할을 합니다. 또한, 뎅기 바이러스 1–4형의 주요 대식세포 수용체로 작용하며, 바이러스 결합 시 세포 내 신호 전달을 유도하여 염증성 사이토카인 분비를 촉진하지만 바이러스 진입은 유도하지 않습니다.
