Target Information
CD158d / KIR2DL4는 KIR 패밀리의 구성원으로, 억제 및 활성 수용체의 구조적 특징을 모두 공유합니다. 세포질 ITIM을 포함하여 억제 기능을 시사하지만, 활성 KIR과 유사한 막 통과 도메인을 가지고 있어 상황에 따라 다른 기능을 수행할 수 있습니다.
CD158d는 말초 및 자궁 NK 세포의 억제 수용체로 작용하며, 고정되지 않은 항체와 결합 시 IFN-γ 분비를 유도하는 것으로 보고되었습니다. 또한 CD158d는 HLA-G의 막 형태 및 용해형 리간드 모두에 결합합니다.
