Target Information
SERPINB5 (Maspin) is a tumor suppressor that inhibits growth, invasion, and metastasis of mammary tumors. Unlike active serpins, it does not undergo the S (stressed) to R (relaxed) conformational transition and exhibits no serine protease inhibitory activity.
