Target Information
MAGEB4 is part of the MAGEB gene family, with members sharing 50–68% sequence identity. These genes have coding sequences located in the last exon and exhibit variability in promoters and first exons, allowing expression under different transcriptional controls. The MAGEB genes are clustered on chromosome Xp22–p21, and MAGEB4 is expressed in testis.
