제품 개요

TransScript® First-Strand cDNA Synthesis SuperMix는 total RNA 또는 mRNA로부터 1차 cDNA를 합성하는 데 필요한 구성 요소를 제공합니다. TransScript RT/RI Enzyme Mix와 2×TS Reaction Mix를 사용하여 효율적인 cDNA 합성이 가능합니다.

RNase H 활성이 낮아 1차 cDNA 합성 중 RNA 주형의 분해를 줄입니다.
15분 반응 산물은 qPCR에 사용할 수 있으며, 30분 반응 산물은 PCR에 사용할 수 있습니다.
Anchored Oligo(dT)18 Primer를 사용하여 cDNA 수율과 full-length cDNA 합성 효율을 높입니다.
최대 12 kb 길이의 cDNA를 합성할 수 있습니다.
