CaptureSelect HRP Anti-VSVG Conjugate consists of a 13-kDa recombinant single domain antibody fragment (VHH affinity ligand) that binds with high affinity and selectivity to the ectodomain of VSVG (the glycoprotein (G) of vesicular stomatitis virus).

The affinity ligand is chemically conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) via an appropriate spacer that fully retains the binding reactivity of the ligand. This HRP conjugate enables the detection of free VSVG protein and membrane-bound VSVG, as displayed on vesicular stomatitis virus or VSVG pseudo-typed viruses and extracellular vesicles (EVs).
