Target Information
CDC20은 anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C)의 완전한 유비퀴틴 리가아제 활성을 위해 필요하며, 복합체의 기질 특이성을 부여할 수 있습니다.
MAD2L1에 의해 조절되며, 중기에는 MAD2L1-CDC20-APC/C 삼중 복합체가 불활성 상태이고, 후기에는 CDC20-APC/C 이중 복합체가 활성화되어 기질을 분해합니다.
CDC20-APC/C 복합체는 분열 후 뉴런의 시냅스 소포 클러스터 형성을 양성 조절하며, NEUROD2의 분해를 유도하여 시냅스 분화를 촉진합니다.
