Target Information
Rat IgG2a는 설치류 면역계에서 생성되는 면역글로불린 아형으로, 보체 활성화 및 항체 의존성 세포매개 세포독성(ADCC)을 유도할 수 있습니다. 약 160 kDa의 분자량을 가지며, 두 개의 heavy chain과 두 개의 light chain으로 구성되어 있습니다.
실험에서는 주로 대조 항체로 사용되며, 특히 flow cytometry 및 immunohistochemistry 연구에서 활용됩니다.
