Target Information
NSun6 is an RNA methyltransferase that catalyzes the methylation at position cytosine C72 in certain tRNAs. It localizes mainly to the cytoplasm and colocalizes with the Golgi apparatus and pericentriolar matrix, suggesting its role in late tRNA biogenesis. NSUN6 may also play a role in bone metastasis and could be a potential therapeutic target.
