Target Information
PSMA7는 세포 내 단백질의 단백질분해를 담당하는 20S core proteasome 복합체의 구성 성분입니다. 이 복합체는 다양한 조절 입자와 결합하여 26S proteasome을 형성하며, 유비퀴틴화된 단백질의 ATP 의존적 분해에 관여합니다. 26S proteasome은 손상되거나 불필요한 단백질을 제거하여 세포 기능 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 PA200 또는 PA28과 결합 시 유비퀴틴 비의존적 분해를 매개하여 정자형성 및 MHC class I 항원 펩타이드 생성에 관여합니다. HIF-1A의 전사활성 억제 및 저산소 조건에서의 분해를 조절하며, HCV 번역 및 androgen receptor의 핵 내 이동에도 영향을 줍니다.
