Cleavage stimulation factor (CSTF)는 pre-mRNA의 polyadenylation 및 3' 말단 절단 과정에 관여하는 복합체를 형성하는 세 개의 서브유닛 중 하나를 인코딩하는 유전자로부터 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 G 단백질 베타 서브유닛과 유사한 transducin-like 반복을 포함합니다. 여러 전사 변이체가 존재하지만 동일한 단백질을 인코딩합니다.
