The BacMam ERK2 [pThr185/pTyr187] Cellular Assay Kit is a high-throughput screening (HTS) compatible cellular immunoassay for measuring phosphorylation of GFP-ERK2.
It can be used with numerous transformed cell lines, primary cells, and stem cells, enabling interrogation of ERK2 as a kinase or GPCR readout.

BacMam ERK2 Reagent Compatible Cells

The BacMam reagent enables successful transduction of:

• Transformed cell lines: U2-OS, HEK 293, HeLa
• Primary cells: fibroblasts, hepatocytes, cardiovascular cells, epithelial cells
• Stem cells: neuronal and mesenchymal

It offers high transduction efficiency with low cytotoxicity.
Cells of hematopoietic origin, however, show poor transduction and are not recommended.
