Target Information
Musashi-1는 RNA 결합 단백질 계열인 Musashi family에 속하며, 세포 운명 결정과 줄기세포 상태 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 이 단백질은 전사 후 유전자 조절에도 관여합니다. Musashi-1은 두 개의 보존된 RNA 인식 모티프(RNP motif)를 포함하며, 포유류에서는 태아의 신장, 뇌, 간, 폐 및 성체의 뇌와 췌장에서 발현됩니다. 인간에서 이 유전자는 염색체 12에 위치합니다.
