Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The expression systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that acts as a negative regulator of the Wnt signaling pathway by mediating the ubiquitination, endocytosis, and subsequent degradation of Wnt receptor complex components (Frizzled).
Acts on both canonical and non-canonical Wnt signaling pathways.
Functions as a tumor suppressor in the intestinal stem cell zone by inhibiting the Wnt signaling pathway, thereby restricting the size of the intestinal stem cell zone.
