세포외기질 부착 부위와 액틴 세포골격 간의 연결, 액틴 조립 및 세포 형태 조절에 관여합니다.
FBLIM1을 포컬 접착 부위로 모집하며, TGFB1 및 인테그린 신호전달 경로, Wnt 신호전달에도 관여합니다.
활성화된 CTNNB1을 안정화하고, CTNNB1 및 TCF7L2/TCF4 매개 전사 조절에 기여합니다.
