CTDSP2는 여러 small CTD phosphatases(SCP) 중 하나로, 전사 조절에 관여하는 진화적으로 보존된 인산화효소로 알려져 있습니다.
CTDSP2 mRNA의 발현은 CTDSP2와 CDK4 유전자의 증폭이 있는 여러 암세포주에서 증가하며, 일부 육종에서 CDK4와 함께 공증폭됩니다.
CTDSP2는 특정 육종의 발달에 기여할 수 있습니다.
