Target Information
CENPF 유전자는 centromere-kinetochore 복합체와 결합하는 단백질을 인코딩합니다. 이 단백질은 세포주기 G2기의 핵 매트릭스에 존재하며, 후기 G2에서 kinetochore에 결합하여 초기 anaphase까지 유지됩니다. 이후 spindle midzone 및 intracellular bridge에 위치하며, telophase 이후 분해되는 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 이 단백질은 염색체 분리 과정에 관여할 가능성이 있으며, homodimer 또는 heterodimer 형태를 취할 수 있습니다. 또한, 암이나 이식편대숙주질환(GvHD) 환자에서 해당 단백질에 대한 자가항체가 발견된 바 있습니다.
