- Reconstitute in 100 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.

Target Information
USP13 is a deubiquitinase that mediates deubiquitination of target proteins such as BECN1, MITF, SKP2, and USP10. It is involved in processes including autophagy and endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD).
It regulates autophagy and p53/TP53 levels through deubiquitination of BECN1 and USP10. USP13 is also recruited by nuclear UFD1 to mediate deubiquitination of SKP2, regulating ERAD.
Additionally, USP13 stabilizes SIAH2 independently of its deubiquitinase activity by binding ubiquitinated SIAH2 and impairing autoubiquitination.
It has weak deubiquitinase activity in vitro, preferentially cleaving Lys-63-linked polyubiquitin chains and can cleave ISG15 in vitro.
