BLAST analysis indicates potential cross-reactivity with CENP-Q homologs from other species: macaque (91%), horse (76%), bovine (74%), dog (73%), swine (71%), mouse (65%), and rat (60%).

Target Information
CENP-Q is a subunit of a CENPH–CENPI-associated centromeric complex that targets CENPA to centromeres and is essential for proper kinetochore function and mitotic progression.
